Vores ledelse har utvetydigt forpligtet sig til at bekæmpe magtmisbrug, og for at styrke procedurer som forebygger og imødegår det. Dette omfatter styrkelse af klagekanaler på alle niveauer i organisationen og støtte til ofre og whistle-blowers.
Fighting abuse, exploitation and harassment in our work environment
Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) promotes a working environment free of harassment and abuse. Our leadership has unequivocally committed to fight abuse and to reinforce mechanisms and procedures to prevent and address it. This includes enhancing grievance channels at all levels of the organisation, and supporting victims and whistle-blowers.
