Mission
Læger uden Grænser yder neutral og upartisk medicinsk nødhjælp til befolkninger i nød. For den enkelte patient og for udsatte befolkninger udfordrer vi konstant de medicinske, logistiske og geografiske grænser for nødhjælpsarbejde.
Vi accepterer ikke, at udsatte befolkninger ignoreres. Vi insisterer på dansk såvel som international opmærksomhed fra medier, politikere og befolkningen. Vi tror på, at viden og debat kan generere handling.

Safeguarding and inclusive care
We foster a culture of care, empathy and respect in everything we do. Safeguarding, duty of care, and inclusion are at our core. No matter who you are – patient, office and mobile staff, volunteer, donor, partner, or member of the MSF community – you will be supported, valued, and met with dignity.
A bold driver
We are a proactive and trusted partner within the MSF Movement. We drive progress through shared authority, accountable collaboration, and a strong commitment to equity and efficiency. Together with our Nordic partners, we uphold mutual accountability and stand firm on our values.
A respected challenger
We dare to speak out with a clear position. Our strong public voice gives us both the privilege and the responsibility to challenge decision-makers and hold them accountable to humanitarian principles. Our Board, Executive, and Association actively shape change across MSF and act to deliver the best possible care for patients and communities.
A trusted mobiliser
In the face of growing polarization and declining respect for humanitarian values, we remain the most trusted NGO in Denmark. With this trust, we mobilise more people than ever before across the Danish society to support our medical humanitarian work.
